1. Who we are
Biovanta Ltd is registered in England and Wales and operates from the United Kingdom. Products are manufactured in Switzerland and dispatched from the UK. By placing an order on biovanta.store you enter a contract with Biovanta Ltd. These terms apply to every order.
2. Research use only
All Biovanta products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical applications. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, not medicines, not approved by any regulator for medical use, and not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. By ordering you confirm you are using the products for permitted research under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Pricing & payment
- Prices are in GBP and all-inclusive — the price shown is the price you pay.
- Payment is by card (Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay), processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details. Where other methods (bank transfer or crypto) are offered, instructions follow by email.
- Orders awaiting an out-of-band payment are reserved for 48 hours; if payment doesn't land in that window the order is cancelled and inventory returned to stock.
4. Shipping
- Free tracked shipping inside the UK on every order.
- Orders placed before 11pm on a UK working day are dispatched the next working day.
- Risk transfers to you on delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
5. Independent testing
Every batch is HPLC-MS tested by an independent third-party laboratory before release. Test results are available on request — message us on Telegram or email orders@biovanta.store. For cancellations and returns, see the Refunds & Cancellations policy.
6. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our liability for any single order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
