Cost
Tracked UK delivery is £6.99 per order, and free on orders of £250 or more. The delivery charge is shown in your basket and at checkout before you pay.
Speed
- Orders placed before 11pm on a UK working day are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders after 11pm or on weekends arrive the following working day.
- Royal Mail tracked delivery — most UK addresses receive next-working-day delivery.
Discreet packaging
Outer carton is plain brown — no Biovanta branding, no compound listed, no return address printed. The inner sealed Biovanta box (with the hologram and tamper seal) sits inside the plain outer carton.
Storage on arrival
Follow the storage instructions printed in your kit and listed on the product page — most compounds should be refrigerated at 2–8°C on arrival and never frozen.
International (EU/EEA)
We ship to the EU and EEA at a flat £10 per item. International orders are dispatched from the UK within 2–3 working days of payment and typically arrive within 7–21 days depending on customs handling in the destination country.
By placing an international order you confirm that the products may be lawfully imported into your country for research use. Any import duties, VAT or handling fees charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility. If a parcel is refused, returned or stopped by customs, we will reship it once free of charge. The reship is a one-time replacement per order; shipping fees on the original order are non-refundable.
