Free tracked shipping inside the UK on every order, no minimum.
Speed
- Orders placed before 11pm on a UK working day are dispatched the next working day.
- Orders after 11pm or on weekends arrive the following working day.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — most UK addresses receive next-working-day delivery.
Discreet packaging
Outer carton is plain brown — no Biovanta branding, no compound listed, no return address printed. The inner sealed Biovanta box (with the hologram and tamper seal) sits inside the plain outer carton.
Storage on arrival
Follow the storage instructions printed in your kit and listed on the product page — most compounds should be refrigerated at 2–8°C on arrival and never frozen.
International
