Standard returns — 30 days, unopened
You can return any unopened, undamaged kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including the original delivery charge, so the only cost to you is the return label.
How to return
- Message us on or email [email protected] with your order number.
- We send you a Royal Mail returns label (£3.95 deducted from refund).
- Post the unopened kit back inside the original outer carton.
- Refund processed inside 48 hours of us receiving the parcel.
What we can't take back
- Kits where the hologram or tamper seal is broken.
- Kits stored outside the labelled temperature range.
- Damaged kits — see "damaged in transit" below.
Damaged in transit
Message us on or email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer carton, inner box, and any damage. We replace the kit and arrange courier pickup of the damaged unit at our cost.
