How do I know the testing is real?
Every batch is HPLC-MS tested by an independent third-party laboratory before release. The results aren't published on the site — they're sent on request: message us on Telegram (t.me/+fbfX5AAu65Y2N2U) or email orders@biovanta.store and we'll send the results for the compound you're buying, before you order if you like. We didn't run the test. The lab did.
Can I see the test results before I order?
Yes. Message us on Telegram or email orders@biovanta.store, tell us which compound you're looking at, and we'll send the independent test results. No account, no order number needed, no chasing.
Can I cancel or return my order?
If your order hasn't shipped, message us on Telegram or email orders@biovanta.store within 4 hours and we cancel it for a full refund. Once shipped, unopened kits can be returned within 30 days — we send a returns label (£3.95, deducted from the refund).
How fast will it arrive?
Orders placed before 11pm are dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Most UK addresses arrive within a day or two of dispatch. The tracking number lands in your inbox the moment the courier collects.
Is the shipping discreet?
Yes. Outer carton is plain brown — no branding, no compound listed, no Biovanta logo. Royal Mail Tracked 24 with neutral sender details. Inside: the sealed inner Biovanta carton with hologram and tamper seal intact.
What's actually inside the kit?
Depends on the compound. Retatrutide 40mg and Tirzepatide 40mg ship as a pre-filled research pen with sterile single-use needles and alcohol prep swabs. BPC-157 + TB-500 ships as one pre-filled pen and Glow as two — both ready to use, no mixing, with sterile needles and prep swabs. Storage guidance is listed on each product page.
Why are you cheaper than the US importers?
Because there's no importer. Our products are manufactured in Switzerland and we distribute them directly from the UK — no importer margin, no customs mark-up, no third-party handler taking a cut. Same independent testing. The middleman is the only thing we removed.
Is this a subscription or a one-off?
Single purchase. No subscription, no auto-charge, no recurring anything. You order, you pay once, you receive your kit. If you want to order again, you order again.
Do I have to be a registered researcher to buy?
No registration is required. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. You are responsible for legal compliance in your jurisdiction.

Switzerland. Biovanta operates from the United Kingdom — stock is held here, dispatched here, and supported here. Every batch is then independently tested by a third-party laboratory before it goes on sale. Three countries, one paper trail.
